My advise is to put this limitation out of the game. You command your troops why limit this? It is a real squeeze i you have a scout city as stated above. I also think you should be able to protect non guild members, but i guess that is another topic :)

It would be the main target of attacks !!! What an awesome idea ll keep that at level 0 and you win ;) so maybe make it really really quick to rebuild lol

My point being. You'd have to level your rally point back up to be able to have more commanders. Unless each level doesn't take long to build, this could be frustrating and fun at the same time.

I think that there should be a limit for support commanders separate from attack/scout. It sucks when one city has trip wires setup in quite a few cities and then you don't have the ability to scout/attack as much. This could be an easy implementation. I read in another post that the Rally Point should have levels. Each level will increase the amount of commanders. I think that's a wonderful idea!
