I play a game like this called war 2 victory for ipod n stuff but its army type thing like tanks and stuff. They have a chat box which allows you to talk to people in the same server as your in. Because it has a chat box it makes the game so much better. Wile your waiting for buildings to be built you can just talk which makes time go faster rather than going of the game and waiting your still playing it.

Having a chat box either for the world or a guild is something requested fairly frequently. We are currently working on a few different communication methods which we believe will improve Valor.

Iv played alot of games and most of them allow you to talk to other people around the world wich make the game alot more fun. I think you should add a chat box on worlds (example) all players in a world can talk to each other in the chat box. This will make it alot more fun and make ot easy to recruit people into guilds and help each other.
