If you want a democratic guild then found one. You're welcome to hold your own elections internally; I don't believe there is any code stopping you.

As far as in world government, again, nothing is stopping you (except guilds unwilling to participate). :)

Elections would be a cool idea I agree but I don't see how it would work the guild needs to be founded before anyone can join it and the founder automatically becomes a warlord I don't see how you could hold a fair vote either as any demoted warlord would be able to kick anyone who voted against him from the guild, as with many ideas in the game the theory sounds great but you need to see every angle maybe hold elections upto general level
