It's just hard to attack some one if they have walls... If we go in 1 by 1 at different seconds... We loose all the troops...

Hmm. Not sure if this one is good or not. What happens if those joining the attack are all trying to conquer the city? They can't share control of the city.
Also you would have to have a defensive counter to this. Maybe have scouts auto know how many people joined in attack and send equal join in defense of so and so city messages to the same number of closest guild mates?

See when we do a joint attack, it should make us work together and more powerful. Since timing is the hard bit, but it will be very hard to control when 10 players above try to attack the same target... At least 2 to 3 minutes variance in between. But if you attack the targets 1 by 1 it's a lot more harder as the game defense bonus is much high than attacking... So what I am suggesting is, either create a button join joint attacks, or let the attacks with in 5 minutes eta, be created as joint attack on the report.
