Once you have 10+ cities, you'll understand that you won't need this.

No. terrible!
This game is done without spending a lot of cash to play it. Ya I know you get ahead when spending money but you can manage a pretty descent level even when not spending anything. Ive been playing for a long time and very rarely spent real money.

If a higher level of example the farm could be acquired by spending gold then every player that had opportunity would be. The higher level, like level 31 would be the normal level for every farm. By those willing to spend cash. And this would seriously cripple the game for those unwilling to pay for whatever reason. There would be even a bigger thrift between the gold payer and the non paying peeps.

So no. No to leveling up if u pay up.

As for your circumstances not being able to build scholars i suggest you demolish some buildings of choice or kill of some troops to gain scholar space. Thats what all of the rest of us have to do.

To keep it fair. You would pay gold to have the ability to build a building at a higher level than normal like a farm going above level 30 and then have to pay resources to actually upgrade the building.

Why would you pay gold and resources ti level a building?!

Building levels

My suggestion/idea is base on what I have been struggling with over the last few weeks. I have 3 cities and really focus on 1 I them. I maxed out almost all of my buildings and started to buil an army. I have run out of farm space and have been trying to clear enough space to build some scholars. I propose a building level increase for the cost of gold. Example: paying x amount of gold for the ability to upgrade 1 building 1 level or x amount for 2 levels(player still has to use resources to build the city).
