What do the little tags symbols mean on some of the posts?

This would be useful and although there would more folders I think it would make it seem less cluttered and therefore more readable

Would like to piggy back on my earlier posts named 'suggestions'.
Please give the option to:
1a. Make more unlimited folders in folders. Yes before anyone says it, I know forums can be cluttered as is , but that's up to any guild to manage their own forumns and keep it clean. My OCD want a nice and pretty but very organized forum. At least 4 levels in.
1b. Provide the option to make post or another folder at any level.
2. Give a move option for folders. Say clutterer 1 posts a folder about a attack outside of the attack folder. I can just go in and move his entire folder and the posts to the correct location to keep the forums clean and everything in its place.
