Inactive players would still be at a disadvantage in things such as counter attacking and moving troops around their cities in defense. However,I agree that what I suggested might give active players too much help. Perhaps a limit to the number of timers would help.

Yeah I put in a lot of time and effort in valor which gives me that edge to be stronger, i like the idea but I don't want less active players to have the same edge as me.

Arh I see where your coming from. Well we all have our different opinions on how the best in valor is determined :)

I understand your point. But the fact is that Valor is a real-time game. Putting in a timer would not make it a real-time game. It would be like other games. Leave and everything is done. Valor is quite the opposite. To reach the top, you must put in the time and effort

Yes I see what your getting at but I just suggested timers as it can benefit the less active players. Even if they don't have the privilege to check their phones here and there they could still coordinate with fellow guild mates with the automated timer system.

I use the countdown timer on my iphone clock to remind me to check things in certain times

Automated systems for the game has been brought up before. The general consensus, and I agree, is that Valor needs remain a manually run game. Basically you're in charge of your city or cities

Timers

I'm not sure if anyone else has came up with this idea.
Basically , I suggest having this timer feature.
This timer feature allows the player to start a timer. Once the timer ends the game helps the player carry out a certain action(e.g upgrade something, attack a certain coordinates etc)
So it's like example for attacking of supporting: player A sets timer (insert time) to (attack/support) (coordinates) (troop number)
I haven't played valor for awhile so I might be out of context abit but I find it a cool idea which can help out casual players or players who don't have as much time to play.
