If a player leaves the City, PLEASE let his guild selfdestruct. We had a player using a tag we needed but hé deleted his City, and his one man guild along with the tag we Wanted remains active....

Rankings cleanup

I would like to see the rankings cleaned up either by removing players and guilds with no cities or properly reflecting their current points, not the maximum points that they earned (which would at least move all the zeros to the end)
