Once the barb is converted, it's permanently in an completely standard lord citiy having same buildings at same levels the barb was having. But now, you can construct the lacking buildings, and their efficiency is the same as every other lords cities, no matter if it's an initial one or a converted one...

Dark Master,

That means you have reached the maximum population in your city based on current farm level. One scholar takes up 100 farms resources. Upgrade your farm or kill off some troops to free up space and then you can educate your scholar.

Good day. I have scholarships but still can't educate a scholar. What does the term "not enough population space" refer to?

Negative scholars is not cheating. It's just a situation that can logically and realistically occur within the game. The example where I have 1 scholarships and 1 scholar and miraculously conquer somebody's city with three scholars would mean I have a -2 scholar limit. I need to buy the necessary scholarships before I can use those scholars. That's not cheating, that's fairness in my mind.

Can you "move" scholars from one city to another? By "move" I mean change their home city. For example, I am in R5 but I have a city in R11 and want to conquer a nearby city. Rather than having the scholar walk from R5 to R11, I'd rather move the scholar once to R11 and then have the scholar attack from R11 to the nearby city. Is this possible?

Interesting. You talk about neg scholars. But you don't say they are cheating. So why if you don't say they are cheating are u about to take away every neg scholar everywhere.?
