In a tbs world when you join you get the free troops from building resources instant spying a barbarian city and building your first troop normally takes 4 minutes for each player to get 40 lancers 35 zerks and 5 scouts which is more than enough to kill drop and raise loyalty

How much time to research and recruit zerks?

Also remember that a new barb will only contain 50 lancers 75 sentries 25 zerks when first established in a world they regenerate every 20 minutes give or take 5-5-2 so hitting a barb at the start really doesn't cost the guild much at all

OK possible, but I'll not ask anyone of my guildmates to use 50 zerks (x25) to cap a barb for me X-C

easily done. if everyone in your guild has 100 zerks each youll be taking barbs on day one, everyone chips in and sends 50 to clear, use the last 50 to cap.

Yes it's possible we do it each world we jump in started off as a test now we use it as strategie

It is possible. I have been able to cap a barb, with little gold spending, within the first couple hours of joining a new world.

Are you really sure of it, did you did it or do you think it's possible?

If you have a team of 25 active players you can potentionally cap 4-5 barbs on the first day with your beginning troops but you must enter the world as the barbs appear otherwise it will cost your guild more then you expect. At the end of the day it's team work with in a guild that gets you there.
