I tried to transfer my account from my IPad to my iPhone and can not access my account. Just the new worlds on my iPhone. Can I get some help putting the old account on my new device please

Is there anyway of getting rid of troops in your city. I have Berks that I do not want and would like to replace them with other troops.

Are just the coordinates entered or the name coordinates and region? I can not get it to work.
