When will we be able to leave old worlds? The answer is "we are working on it" for close to a year

Is Valor down today? I have been unable to start game for almost 24 hours on my IPAD? Game does not go to Valor start screen screen goes black for about 15 seconds then it just goes back to menu screen?

Since update my resources are not growing in any city in any world so I can not do anything

It appears that with latest update resources are not increasing as time progresses. Coming back even after an hour and accumulated resources have not changed even at level 29. Appears to be in all worlds. Anyone else seeing this?
