My IGN is skyline1

In rank table My name and rank is not showing. At the bottom when Rank is mentioned, it is written "My Rank (0)". However, my point is 1284 and it should appear at 12 rank.

The points at portal is not refreshing. It is still showing 1085, the initial point.

Map as well as navigation has become too slow. Most of the map refreshes twice and second time, it puts you at your city rather than the last state (while sending attached and pressing back from the rally point screen).
