Given the length of this outage, I suspect it now involves data recovery, or the lack thereof. If I were Quark, I would be trying everything possible to restore/rebuild data as close to the point of failure as possible, even if it means keeping it down longer. There have been comments and speculation on who has lost/or is going to lose what? I haven't read anything that indicates what state Valor will be in when it is restored. That would be nice to know.
