I say no, cuz sometimes you need to capture a small city cuz you can't find a big one within 6 hours of a scholar!! and I am against booting guild members so I can take their cities so i can move.

I more or less wonder why it's called a hiding place, yet when you scout you can see the level of it, and know how much is stored. So I suggest just removing it from scout reports. Just a thought

Is world 99... I started 2 weeks ago and it still says no trade paths for first 14 days of a new world...
