In world 32, the ame thinks I have 4 scholar but I only have three. I have enough scholarships for four but none of my academies can train the fourth scholar. This is a glitch, please fix.

I need clarification about the truce. I I purchase a truce after attacks have been launched at my city, will the attack still occur or will the attack be deflected. If the attack Stiill occurs, then what's the value of a truce?
