In world 104 my neighbor, CptKa1n, has a 20k city with 20,000 lancers and about 300 scholars. He is completely and utterly inactive yet, everyday those lancers grow by a couple hundred. Something similar has happened to me, in world 104 my neighbor had 20,000 lancers and about 300 scholars. I think this must be a bug or some sort of hacking.
