I'm an engineer in the British Military

How do you get the Soldier title?

I've read that it is awarded to players who are the military but there is no mention of how you go about obtaining it

Scholars remain in the city you cap to effectively keep order and help run the ct. this is why it appears that you lose the scholar when in actual fact he just stays in his new home.......
There is also no way to retrieve your scholar when you cap the city.
