Never mid I solved my own problem lol, the only way to fix it was to conquer another city. That's the only way to fix that counting error meh.

Scholarships dont add up

I just conquered a new city and the number of scholars that I have ready doesn't add up. It's been over 10 hours do I don't think the problem is refreshing. I clearly have only 4 ready scholars and I've checked everywhere. Troop counts, scholars abroad, scholars in education, theres no 5th scholar. ...

Edit: now it won't even let me send any troops from that city at all. If I even try to only send 1 scout it continuously gives me the "oops error" message. The city is unable to function at all, please help! Thanks :/

I've just sent my troops put (1500) guards for a farming run and they should've been bak now but in the command menu they are bk where to be found.
