My suggestion would be to move the limit on what you have to cap from 1200, to 1500. Then you can easily see on the map what you need to cap instead of having to click on every sub 1500 point city to find the ones over 1200 points... Just my 2¢. Would make life so much easier when it comes to findin...

Not sure if this is just a problem on my end... But when I put my cities into the 'Names' pages, the number of scouts isn't adding up correctly, and the number of ballistas doesn't add up at all.
