I keep getting notifications on my iPhone telling me my warehouse's are full but when I go on they're no way near full.

I recently abandoned my city in world 29 and now I can't access my mail to contact my friend and I forgot his name so I can't find him in world 30. Is there a way to get my mail back?

I recently got a friend to download valor and he got 100 gold for free. He says he did not buy it.
