I don't think there is much the support team can do but worth the try.

Best you can do for now is ask your allies for help or start another guild and ask the members to switch to your guild. If they are loyal to you. Then attack him when you rally enough players for vengeance

I hate the latest update. It takes forever to load and the gameplay is super slow. Plus skips from city to city, even when I go to the portal to choose the city. You guys are misinformed.

The stats in the unit overview is what the units defense is against infantry and mounted troops. Their are no other bonuses.

I am merely helping players how to play strategically. I think it's noble to tell your story.

Key to winning isn't a player who has a lot of cities but the guild who is very tight and most active. Respect is a very important factor.
