I destroy wall to 0 when taking a barb, once scholar takes and I own can I rebuild wall?

A player left , his city turned into a barb, I scouted good resources over 50k each, the units left behind we're 500 guardians as well as about 300 lancers etc. now when I rescouted some day or 2 later the guardians had risen to 700+ , how is this possible when it's a barb? Have I discovered life on...

Go to barracks , click o question mark top right . Done reveals units and stats

I took over a city some 8 hours ago , I thought the loyalty would increase back to 100/100 but it has stayed at 50/100 . Is that the max ? Will it ever get to 100%

Do you have to send Ballistas on there own to obtain option of which building to attack or can you send them with rams, and still get the option?

How do Ballistas work, when do you get the option of which building to attack ( on arrival I assume) if it's a barb city surely you would never lose one due to the fact your outside city targeting the wall or buildings from afar. I correct or way off?

Have you sent out supporting troops because they would eat up a commander
