I'm in the guild. I want to leave but I can't. Says user not found every time I try.

I'm in a guild and trying to leave. Message comes back as user not found. Guild can't kick me out because I'm not on member list. But ranking shows me in the guild (not guild members ranking - general ranking). How do I get out?
