I'm very unhappy with valor, I put a support ticket in because I did not receive my gold and I still haven't had a response. I paid for gold and money's gone from my account, so please repay me.

I bought 440 gold and never received it. Can some please help me out?

I bought a 440 pack of gold for 22.99, and did not receive my gold. And my money is gone on my account. Can someone please help me? Will I get my gold refunded? Thanks
