I just accidentally sent resources to an inactive city that has a small warehouse is there a way to cancel a shipment of sent resources?

Karl you can just type in the number of troops you want once you click the white spot where the number of troops are displayed. I used to have the same problem.

What annoys me the most is the amount of inactive players there are so many it is ridiculous
