I think it should return to a 10k city once you destroy it (leaving it as previous level is pointless...enemy just recaps empty city). Micro management kills it. I have 185 cities....its almost a job to tend to them. As Ive said on another post. Its alot of work looking after (administering) 150 cities....if I destroy our current fo I will have 300 cities by the end of the war...I dont want to do that much administrative work.

Not I want to break into some administrator privs.
