Killed it and it did fix the forum but it only worked for a temporary amount of time before it went back to not working again

How do I restart, do I just delete and reinstall?

When I last updated it messed up one of my worlds by. Not allowing me to research troops in the forge, not showing my corect alliance forums it's showing all the different worlds (strategy, general) and not able to look at members in my guild. Anyone else have this problem and know how to fix?

In some of my cities I have done a horrible job at my troop creation, there should be an option to say delete some or all troops. And when troops are deleted one would get back the resources they put into creating them in the 1st place. Ex: have 1500 lancers would want to get rid of 500 lancers and ...
