Why do i have to wait 14 days after entering a world to send resources to my second city?

100 gold for 5 dollars, why can't it be cheaper. If 100 gold was 1 dollar than I wouldn't mind spending 5 dollars.

Why can't I deny an invitation to join somebody's guild? The guild icon lights up letting me that I have a pending invite. Is there an option to deny that I'm not aware of?

What happens if I'm lowering a cities morale, it's on already around 30/100 can somebody else come in for the kill? And win the city before my troops get there?
