Or I should say; this is how haiku is explained in my country. Perhaps there's different ways in looking on a haiku in different cultures.

just a question.. haiku verses are supposed to have 5 syllables on first line, 7 on second, and then 5 on the last line? no I wasn't suggesting you two guys have exactly the same problem but the other dude also posted abt one city acting on "it's own will"; attacking others, sending back support, demolishing buildings etc... Sounds familiar? To me it did.
