Yes, some people download the app see if they like the game and they don't. That why in your Region you see so many "Lord#s" out they're.

For the forum question, they're only that much people who actucally using the forums.

I'm an GL as well, and commander it really depends on the people you invite. Yes, have to know how to modivate your members as well. And it helps a lot if you get to know them to. Make friends and that should do it.

To me that not alliances. Because it's an name change. So really they're one big guild.

Go to the World you want to restart, tap "Info" Then it will say, "Start Over" and tap that. Now can't reset when you have 2+ cities.

Did you send them to Support? or the first time you send them out have they been back?
