Could be a glitch and should be posted in the "support" forums, or to PlayMesh itself. I can throw some troubleshooting at you though. Try to reinstall the App. (Don't worry you won't loose your Cities or Worlds) Keep tapping "Attack" until it sends. (What I do in some cases) I hope this helps you a...

The way i know how to do it is, just go to your profile then click or tap on "Member List" go through the list and choose a member you want to friend and then just click/tap on "Add Friend"

Has he Har*** you with mail or with only attacks? & their isn't a way to block attacks. It's part of the game to send troops and to CAP other players.

I have that problem to something times. What i do is i just keep tapping it until my troops get send.

It usually takes 4-5 scholar waves to take an city. that in one round. Remember depending on the world loyalty can go up 3 per hour.
