60 guild limit is best. otherwise you have 200 little 25 member guilds that all have the same name with some number beside it.

idk about the scholar killing thing but otherwise it could be a good idea.
I dont like the scholar killing because it takes forever to make a scholar but anybody can make a buttload of scouts and kill one. it would only make a bunch of trolling in the game with scouts.

ok i have done cities with only berskers and guess what. As long as you grow fast and join a good guild NOBODY will attack you. unless they are plain out stupid.
