Changing the default nature of warfare, introducing a patrol function for scouts.
@Vasasalo: That's an interesting notion: changing the default premise of warfare altogether! And if that happens, then why not introduce a patrol option for scouts that would allow them to unmask incoming attacks? The functionality would be based on how many scouts are deployed at a time, possibly:...

It would be painful mostly because the recipient doesn't have any say in the matter. By randomly making the player an automatic recipient of a city transfership, you've taken away the recipient's ability to decide how to use their scholars AND may have caused the recipient to incur a scholarship deb...

@Gavalar: Sending scouts is the same as sending an attack, so when someone sends scouts to you, they are, in essence, attacking you. As such, you will receive notification of an incoming attack per usual. After the scouts arrive at your city and return, you will receive a PM post-action report (sim...

@Robby: World speed determines how quickly things happen (e.g, resource production, structure building times, unit travel time). The higher the number, the faster the speed. This value also affects the default unit speed values of your troops (e.g., a 1.0 world speed slows down all unit speeds, a 2...

@Duke24: Thanks for the correction. KSA points do not count towards a player's "total points" value. I just added up the point value of cities and it came very close to my own "total points" score (it was off by a little bit because I have structures in production). @WolfieSixx & Jonbyjr2: This que...

It's been my experience that we earn points for kills, upgrading buildings and city conquests. I don't believe that you earn for looting barbs that have no defense troops (unless it was part of Aurora's early quests). Can you please expand on what you mean when you say that you've "attacked other ci...

@Kgvt: To answer your question: the attacking army involved with the scholar wave that results in the conquest of the city does NOT stay in the newly conquered city. Only the scholar stays; the escort troops that were sent with that wave return with plunder from the target city to their origin city...
I recommend building academies in every city (and fortifying said cities with at least a Lvl 25 wall because you don't want those cities to become easy targets). Eventually, as you expand your empire, you'll need to purchase more and more scholarships to educate the next level of scholar (e.g., your...

@L Dubya 3: Merchants are created as you upgrade your Market. Perhaps you cannot see your merchant because you have used him in an offer that you created. The number of offers and amount of resources that you can trade/send at any given time are determined by how many merchants you have available. ...
