I know what you mean by this and I have played other games like this where this had been a problem. I think a solution to this could be a limit to the cities you have. Maybe have a limit of 50 cities or something in that area. Let me know what you think about that.

Well the guild already has a "Guild announcement" right when you click the guild tab. So you can give info to everyone like that. But you are pretty limited to how much you can type. And I don't like how when I use bb codes in announcement that it takes up the limit even tho I'm not using the space....

You have to wait 14 days in each world. Even if you have been playing for 2 months, and you join a new world you have to wait 14 days. Only for that world though.

No. You must use scholars to take over a city.

To gain morale you have to win when attacking other cities. If you loose then you will loose morale. Also when you win, if you loose a lot of troops then your morale will drop. Try farming some low point cities around you to gain some morale.
