We get it's the mechanics, it's just stupid. Even if we were to lose more than one scholar, we should not lose the scholar slot at the very least.

I've had the same problem. I can't forward my reports. A popup saying Calor is updating usually occurs.

Can you please fix the issue of double conquering a city?

I send 5 scholar waves, 4th wave conquered the city, the 5th wave then re-conquers my new city in my control. I then have an extra city in the conquer number and thus lose a scholar slot.
