If I enable truce after the enemy sends an army do I still get attacked anyways? He is sending a big army, any suggestions

I was wondering, if I were to be attacking a city with lvl 15 walls and no troops whatsoever, should I take it down or just leave it up?

I have 300 troops left over which I can't send out because it says I have no more commanders? Anyone understand this system? And how can I generate commanders? Or is it random

It was barbarian cities :s I don't think they send troops out?

Well it has my troops sent, and under that it has their troops but they all say 0. I've scouted 2 different cities with the same result now

Questipn is, I thought lvl 2 scouts were supposed to tell you 2 things:
1) the amount of troops they have
2) the level of buildings within the city.
My problem is, it's not
Telling me the amount of troops thy have, only the lvl of
Buildings. Anyone help pls :s?

Thanks. And if I were to successfully use scouts, would it tell my enemy scouts came from me?

But if I don't take down the walls, won't my troops die faster?

Well I'm just working on my scholars right now as I intend to start conquering soon. As of now, I have a whole bunch of guardians but I need another type of unit that I can send in my attack waves as well. What works well with guardians in attacks? As well, ballista vs ram? Which is better. As well ...

Hey, I was wondering if i bought A 8 hour speed up perk and applied it on a 2 hr long build, will the other 6 hrs transfer over to the next building or not?
