I have asked this before but as far as I have been able to determine I have not had an answer. Is there a place for a definitive guide where orlor or someone like him can settle a dispute about game rules once and for all? Dns propagation is dependant on 2 things. The original dns server owning the quark dns info also tells the other dns servers how long they can use the info before checking again to see if it has changed. The (isp) dns server can decide to ignore that time limit and check only once a day (or longer).

Just to give you guys a heads up in case you did not know... Valor is down. We (I?) do not get the sorry dwarf, just the "check your internet connection" warning.
Messages in Kakao about Valor being down started over an hour ago so it is not just a glitch.
