Map is bugged in w61. Cities in w63 got mixed up in 61. Any help

Successful scout attacks arent showing building lvls only the resources of the spied city. 20 scouts sent and no one dies still no building reports

How does point system works. Does it increase when i raid cities or only when i upg buildings

So i cant move to the earlier worlds? i was hoping to move to w52 :/

Is world 58 the only one i can go into? I cant figure out how to get into the other ones
