I agree with the problem as I am at 216 cities. Takes me 7-8 hours to go through them all. Exporting to excel is a sloppy step to need to go through. Instead, I would implement mayors for players when they hit a certain level of cities. Create and ideal city and the mayor would build to match that. ...

This would create serious issues if you have spies in your guild. Sadly, I have often had spies in my guild. I would only have two statuses: Online or Away. Timing would give too much away.

This works well on iPad. No zoom, but a much larger map. Unfortunately, iPads just don't fit in your pocket. As such, html access to the world might be nice. Giant screen. Full keyboard. All the perks of a real computer.

If you have too much of a particular resource, there is a good chance you are not setting your cities up properly. It may also mean you aren't attacking enough guards eat through all the iron you can produce. Zerks and lancers eat up the lumber. scholarships take care of the brick.

Each building is different. I have obliterated a few to nothing but a town hall by sending waves of 100 ballistas aimed at a different building with each wave until there was nothing left. It takes many attacks for it to work.
