iPhone 4 i have reinstall THE app and nothing works

Hello im not getting into world 75 annymore ,everytime when im getting into my city hè reset
THE game What can i do , im getting behind now , may even Kicked out of my Guild for inactive and lost my gold What i spend on this world 2

After the latest update , my valor is not updating the reschourses annymore, and valor falling out , and bath Internet the whole time valor is busy updating screen ,
