When you conquere a city, the scholar you send becomes the ruler of the city and vanishes. I think this will explain it. If disappeared scholars = (number of cities -1), this is normal.

Also when that user is sleeping or offline, he/she cannot rebuild it. On the other hand, he/she will not be in a state commanding troops already

I don't know if there is a building-point table anywhere. I didn't see it until now. But I don't get why you would need that.

You can not. And you cannot create soldiers if population limit is reached. If you didn't already upgrade your farm. To get rid of soldiers just get a war for yourself :) Attack barbs, strong ones, you will lose some soldiers, but haul a lot for other stuff. To get rid of everything, just attack a p...

In rally point / command section, show haul capacity of the army you select. The value should change with slider movement.

That will be a great asset im farming, as 90% off the attacks are barb farming.
