Implement a second measure consisting of all development of the user, not only the buildings, also research and army building.

This should be only viewable by guild members thou.

Just show last login time and total game time in this world mear member names. Better on a separate screen, not under user information.

I think this is simple to implement. It will show a grid, only the members of the guild as colored points.

It will be valuable for guild members, also you may like to check it before entering the guild.

I second the idea to e-mail to all members of the guild. Perhaps only for high level officers.

Forum and chat room are just not enough.

You need to use too much clicks when switching between worlds. The city switcher is just fine, you may like to implement a similar technique, if you can move some of the icons somewhere.

When you reach lvl 25 or higher resource building, what you earn from amulets becomes very negligible. You may like to increase the values earned with average lvl of the resource buildings, or just with the city points.
