Is the beta available for both android and ios users? Or is it only for ios users?

The city overview is supposed to be one of the first things you see in setting right? For me it doesn't give me that choice. What's wrong with this thing?

My map keeps letting me see it entirely from time to time, but now it's only letting me see part of it and I have to wait about 2 hours for it to let me see another part

I'm having problems with this too, and I have an iPod
