Submitted a request to the Zendesk.

Point of fact is that in 4 months playing this game I've never seen a "Help" Icon. Android may not support help yet perhaps.

When I follow the instructions (Portal>Gear>Help>Support>Mail) to get to support I am taken to a settings page with no Icon for "Help".

Guess I'm done with Valor.....

Ok, well there's a couple hundred bucks down the drain. I play on a Kindle Fire. There's no way to get beck into W65?

I recently had to switch tablets due to a charging issue. When I reinstalled I could not access my previous Worlds. I come in at W80 and I play in W65 primarily. I can't seem to get in or can't find a log-in to my account. Am I missing something?

Once you research your academy do you need to maintain the 25/20/15 or can you demolish to increase farm space for troops? Pr what happens if a ballista attack does this for you. Do you lose the academy?

I'm with you bytime. Feels like I'm playing Farmville with crashes. I'm not going to be able recommend this in the Kindle Forums. Sad, because it appears to be a decent game. The glitches are really unacceptable, and even worse is the complete lack of communication on what is being done to address it.

Bad enough I can't read the guild forums from a Kindle Fire, but now I can't access my busiest area. I tried clearing the cache. Can I safely uninstall and reinstall without losing everything?
