W61: Unable to change city name to cyrillic characters.

I make my city names the great former strongholds of Russia; I have three right now, in Russian, using Cyrillic characters. But when I go to change the name of the fourth (which I just conquered), it tells me I need 1-15 characters... "Новгород" has 8.

Attacking a city that is near yours in points, or pretty much not too small. There's no way to get morale up, only to keep it from dropping.

The way 1-level research worlds work (unless I'm mistaken) is that the scouts' abilities are set to L3. If any of your scouts survive, you get to see their attacking force. 50% of your scouts survive, you see their resources, 75% for buildings, and 90% for troops outside of city.

I think the palette sounds most feasible, and allows for more customization. This could also be stored locally and wouldn't eat PlayMesh's server space.
