There's a gold option for this, it's called an instant report. I doubt PlayMesh will take that off, they do need to make money somehow.

How would the objectives be set, who would set them, and how would you distribute the rewards upon completion?

When posting in the Guild Forum or sending a PM, the "Post" or "Send" buttons are opposite what they are in the general iPhone layout: in the Messaging app and Kakao, the "Send" button is on the right.
