Not sure if this been asked but is there a way to see the troop stats offensive and defensive that way I know what type of army is best for me?

How can I enter a new world a friend of mine just started playing and is in world 72 how can I join that world

So I just started playing this and already being linked by a near town because I refused to join his guild if I reset my account will it give me new coordinates or not? I hate to be a quitter but every time my resources build and I start recreating my army and wall he re attacks help?
