I seem to lost my account. When I went to transfer to my old account it transferred an account that I thought was deleted

After last update it says I have 18 schalors and I only have 9. Also says I'm negitve 12 when I should only be negitve 7.

Why can't I get on 49 but can on other worlds?

You guys tell me turn off my device off then on so I can get faster maps. Now it says your busy up dating and won't let me on. This is crap I might lose a city. I had incoming and was about to send support.
