Oh great, I already spent 80 gold on speed-ups which I then canceled the build because it was giving me a completion time of 00:00:00 ... did it twice!! Any chance of a gold refund?

Ok so I have scholar limit 4. I have captured 2 cities and have 2 scholars trained. So I can train no further scholars currently. I then attacked a city and captured it. One scholar got used up. How about one world in which no guilds were allowed? It would be every player for themselves.
